Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Use govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of Rydis Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Company") and users in connection with the use of the RYDIS website (hereinafter "Site") operated by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  • "Site" refers to the website operated by the Company using information and communication equipment to provide goods or services to users.
  • "User" refers to any person who accesses the Site and uses the information and services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
  • "Inquiry Service" refers to the service through which users submit business-related inquiries to the Company via the inquiry form on the Site.

Article 3 (Effect and Modification of Terms)

  1. These Terms take effect upon posting on the Site.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws when there is a reasonable cause.
  3. When the Terms are amended, the Company will announce the changes on the Site at least 7 days prior to the effective date.
  4. If a user does not agree to the revised Terms, they may discontinue use of the Site.

Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Services)

  1. The Company provides the following services:
    • Company introduction and solution information for RYDIS
    • Content related to retail marketing solutions
    • Business inquiry reception and consultation services
    • Other services determined by the Company
  2. The Company may change part or all of its services due to changes in technical specifications or business direction.
  3. The Company will announce significant changes to services on the Site.

Article 5 (Service Hours and Suspension)

  1. The Site may be available under normal operating conditions, but may be temporarily suspended due to system inspections, maintenance, errors, or other operational reasons.
  2. The Company may temporarily suspend the service for system inspections, maintenance, or equipment replacement, and will provide prior notice on the Site.
  3. In unavoidable circumstances, the service may be suspended without prior notice.

Article 6 (User Obligations)

Users must not engage in any of the following activities:

  • Registering false information when applying or making changes
  • Misappropriating another person's information
  • Altering or reproducing/distributing information posted by the Company without authorization
  • Infringing on the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
  • Damaging the reputation of or interfering with the business of the Company or third parties
  • Posting or distributing obscene or violent content contrary to public order and morality
  • Any other illegal or improper conduct

Article 7 (Ownership of Copyrights and Restrictions on Use)

  1. Copyrights to all content on the Site (text, images, logos, designs, etc.) belong to the Company.
  2. Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, broadcast, display, or use the Site's content for commercial purposes without the Company's prior written consent.
  3. The Company may use inquiry content submitted by users within the scope of Site operations.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Company is not liable for any failure to provide the service due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, wars, or suspension of services by telecommunications providers.
  2. The Company is not responsible for service disruptions caused by the user's own fault.
  3. The Company is not responsible for the reliability or accuracy of information posted or transmitted by users through the Site.
  4. The Company is not responsible for the content of third-party websites accessed through external links on the Site.

Article 9 (Dispute Resolution)

  1. The Company operates the following contact channels to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users and to process compensation for damages.
  2. Litigation regarding disputes arising between the Company and users shall be filed with the competent court in the Republic of Korea.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

The laws of the Republic of Korea apply to the interpretation of these Terms and disputes between the Company and users. Litigation shall be filed with the competent court as determined by the Code of Civil Procedure.

These Terms are effective from June 27, 2026. They supersede any previous terms and apply to users who registered prior to the effective date of the revised Terms.
